What days do you offer Gymnastics:

Currently on Sunday's from from 10AM but we hope to add more day's soon. 

What age range do you offer?

Recreational classes start at school age up. (age 4 up)
Parent and toddler 12months to 4years

Do you offer classes for pre-school and younger?

Yes we do, Parent and toddler classes start from age 12months

Do you offer bespoke training/workshops remotely?

Yes we do, we can offer workshops to regular classes tailored for your needs. this could be for other athletes such as dancers or your rugby team to schools and youth groups. We can come to you or give you a session at our venue with equipment. Please contact us for more details.

Do you have changing facilities? 

Yes, on site there are changing rooms, as well as toilets. 

Are drinks available at the Gym?

Yes, we have a water dispenser on site. We also sell bottled water for £1 each, alternatively you are more than welcome to bring your own. 

How do I sign up?

Head to the classes page and register your interest, we will get in touch. Feel free to look at our welcome pack as well. Alternatively you can send us an email.

Can i view your welcome pack?

Of course you can, this can be downloaded at the top right of every page.

What do I need to wear to gymnastics?

Girls can wear a leotard (swimming leotard costumes allowed) or a t-shirt and shorts/trousers that you can move in. 
Boys can also wear a leotard or alternatively a t-shirt and shorts/trousers. 

Do you offer holiday clubs?

This is something we are looking into and will let you know sooner to the time.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, plenty of parking on site. 

How do I get feedback on the gymnasts development?

Although we do not have a formal report system, coaches will speak to you at sessions and will be there if you have any questions.

Do you offer badge testing?

Yes we do, children will do their badges within sessions and these will get awarded to them at the end of each term. 

Where do i buy club kit?

Ask at sessions or contact us, we can then get this sorted for you, we hope to have a store in this site soon as well.
